Order Cancellations
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without written approval from R J Enterprises.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- For approved cancellations, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value may be applicable to cover administrative and handling costs.
- Customized, special-order, or bulk-imported products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product supplied against the confirmed order
- Manufacturing defect covered under the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty
- Customers must notify us of discrepancies or defects within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after inspection and approval. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or negligence
- Clearance, discounted, or specially imported items
- Goods not in their original condition
